The Birkenstock Gizeh is a stylish all-rounder: extremely versatile yet unbelievably comfortable. Its design and function have remained unchanged since it was introduced in 1983, and the classic thong sandal stands out for its timeless style. Thanks to the buckle, the strap can be individually adjusted to the wearer’s feet. The anatomically shaped thong provides additional support for the toes and guides them back to their natural position. Modelled on the cork original, this sandal is made from ultra lightweight and highly flexible EVA. These colourful sandals are shock-absorbent, waterproof, and skin-friendly. Wear them at the beach, in the garden, or in wellness and spa areas. It's the perfect addition to your classic Birkenstock sandals.

Care Instructions

Prolong the life of your Birkenstocks by following our care instructions:

Breaking in a new pair: Allow your feet to adjust to your new shoes by limiting wear to just a few hours the first five to six times.
Air footbeds regularly: Airing the footbeds prevents the build-up of odours caused by excess moisture.
Don’t immerse cork models in water: Water can damage cork-based sandals/shoes and dissolve the glue/sealant.
Avoid extreme heat: Heat exposure can damage Birkenstocks. Avoid leaving them in the car or direct sunlight, and keep away from radiators and fireplaces.
